This is a travel venture of “Navik8 Hospitality and Destination Management (OPC) Pvt. Ltd’’. The journey has been commenced since 2013 in the name of “ Wild Orchids Adventures’’ and main focus has been North Eastern part of India. Since its inception it has served thousands of traveler around the world and take them to the unexplored paradise that called India`s North East. Having received a very good responds from the guests and constantly receiving the advice to expand the horizon we felt that it’s a very appropriate moment to move beyond the present boundary and take the venture in to the another level. To make the dream into reality we made a bold & futuristic decision to merge the present entity “Wild Orchids Adventures’’ with “ Navik8 Hospitality and Destination Management (OPC) Pvt. Ltd’’ and in that process this new and more vibrant venture has been emerged. There are various verticals in the company and the destination management part has been branded as holidaysoutfly.com, in a simple word this young and dynamic hospitality & travel venture established by the same group of mind of people, those who were in the helm of North East India’s decade old travel venture –“ Wild Orchids Adventures’’.
The main purpose to establish a travel venture has always been to serve the interested one with honest and simple way and keeping his or her preferences at the forefront. We always provide tour packages customized so that traveler choices and preferences have been taken in to the consideration and we act accordingly. I had two trips, both times my experience is utterly beautiful. They customise your trip as per your need. Recently I had a trip to Himachal Pradesh covering Shimla, Jibhi Valley and Barot Valley. From transportation to stays at the offbeat locations all the arrangements were very smooth and hassle free. The vehicle provided was neat and clean. The quality of the Hotel rooms were beyond my expectations. Their behavior is also very good. I enjoyed every bit of the trip without worrying about anything. I will keep them in my mind for my future trips. Thankful for such a lovely experience.

It was a very nice trip. Food and stay arrangement at the hotel was very nice. Despite Christmas holidays the arrangement was very good..more particularly the Driver was very nice and cooperative .In fact he was very customer friendly and he wanted to take us to more sight seeing places than the scheduled trip. We were little apprehension about the stay arrangement for my grandson who is 8 months old. Great experience and we enjoyed a lot.
I travelled to Meghalaya and also to Bhutan. I would firstly want to thank Himanshu for the support, guidance throughout our journey. On April 2023, we have Guwahati, for a mesmerizing tour of the NorthEast part of India. Just want to say that tour was perfectly planned by Himangshuji, itinerary was perfect, stays were cosy and comfortable, food was tasty and that too in Pure Veg hotels all the way and upto the expectation, vehicle arranged was comfortable, driver was well verse with the road and weather condition and time restrictions of places we visited, nothing missed, all items ticked in itinerary. Took flights to and fro from Pune to Guwahati.. Only want to say We Will Be Back Himangshuji.

He is the founder director and instrumental to the growth and expansion of the company. An alumnus of prestigious IITTM( Indian Institute of Travel and Tourism Management). He has begun his carrier from New Delhi, capital of India. Where he met numbers of industry stalwart which has shaped his professional life and learnt many lessons from those great minds in various aspects of the industry, which has ultimately made significant impact in his profession life and strengthen his conviction and courage. After few years in his professional assignment in different organisations he has taken the first step in to his own entrepreneurial endeavour in 2013. Someone rightly said that when you find an idea that you just can't stop thinking about, that's probably a good one to pursue. Mr Baruah having experience of nearly two decades in this sector is behind in the every aspect of the company's daily routine from day to day work to overall strategy formulation, he takes the responsibility and help out his team and subordinates as well. He is directly engage with the prospective guests or clients and understand the every needs or requirements which make it unique and special from the others. His commitment, passion and constant endeavour to achieve a greater heights is the instrumental behind the growth and success in the organisation. Mr Baruah with his able team has established the company as an emerging force in the hospitality sector. Bharadwaj K Chaudhary

Dr M R Prabhakar
The advisory board has been bestowed with the presence of Dr M R Prabhakar from the city of Pearl -Hyderabad. A person with highly decorated service period dedicated for the nation in the critical health care sector. Dr Prabhakar who had hold the post of the Senior Chief Medical Officer equivalent to Joint Secretary level ( Indian Administrative Service) in Central Health Service of Govt of India . During his carrier he had various responsibilities and successfully handled all his assignments. A travel enthusiast since his childhood and it got quantified after entering into the central government service.
