Australia is a sovereign country comprising the mainland of the Australian continent. its size gives it a wide variety of landscapes and climates, with deserts in the centre, tropical rainforests in the north-east, tropical savannas in the north, and mountain ranges in the south-east. Prominent destinations & tourism sites Canberra- The capital city of Australia. Some of the important sites – Old Parliament House and New Parliament House, the Australian War Memorial, the National Carillon, the National Gallery of Australia and the National Library of Australia on Lake Burley Griffin etc. Melbourne – Melbourne is the capital of the Australian state of Victoria, and the second-most populous city in Australia. Melbourne is home of many of Australia’s best-known landmarks, such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the National Gallery of Victoria and the World Heritage-listed Royal Exhibition Building. Sydney- Sydney is the capital city of the state of New South Wales, and the most populous city in Australia. The city’s nicknames include the “Emerald City” and the “Harbour City”. Some of the important sites – Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge; Queen Victoria Building; University of Sydney; Bondi Beach; Archibald Fountain and St Mary’s Cathedral; skyline of the CBD. Gold Coast – The Gold Coast is a coastal city and region in the state of Queensland, Australia. The Gold Coast is a major tourist destination with a sunny, subtropical climate and has become widely known for its surfing beaches (such as Surfers Paradise), high-rise dominated skyline, theme parks, nightlife, and rainforest hinterland. Brisbane – Brisbane is the capital and most populous city of Queensland, and the third-most populous city in Australia and Oceania. Brisbane is home to the land of a number of Aboriginal language groups. Brisbane is a popular tourist destination. Major tourists sites are South Bank Parklands, the City Botanic Gardens, King George Square and City Hall, the Story Bridge, the Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens and Lookout and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

Day 01 – Arrival at Melbourne

Today arrival at Melbourne by flight. Welcome you on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for your own activity. Overnight stay at Melbourne.

Day 02 -Depart Melbourne for Warrnambool
Buckle up for an epic coastal road trip filled with pinch-me moments. This is one of the world’s most celebrated scenic drives and with every detail taken care of, all that’s left is for you to do is kick back and enjoy the beautiful views. Your journey along the scenic Great Ocean Road will include a stop in Lorne and Apollo Bay, a tranquil seaside retreat which welcomes Southern-right whales to its shores from winter to spring. Visit the limestone Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and London Bridge before arriving in Warrnambool, the whaling capital. At the end of this highlight day, join your Travel Director and fellow travelers for a Welcome Reception.
Day 03 – Nature’s playground, Kangaroo Island
Ease into the laidback lifestyle encouraged by the locals of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula and visit Victor Harbor at lunchtime. Delve into the town’s reputation for being heaven for foodies as you enjoy lunch on your own at one of its favorite restaurants. This afternoon, board your ferry at Cape Jervis and cross to Kangaroo Island, where pristine beaches, local brews and abundant wildlife wait to be discovered. Later, join a Local Specialist at Kangaroo Island’s only boutique brewery to taste a selection of their fine, local beers. Dinner tonight is at your hotel in Kingscote, South Australia’s oldest European settlement.
Day 04 – Explore Kangaroo Island
Embark on in-depth exploration of Kangaroo Island, which includes a visit to the Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch in Flinders Chase National Park. Join Trafalgar on a private educational ecology tour of the Trafalgar-sponsored Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, which was badly affected by the recent bushfires. Your visit will assist with their bushfire recovery plan and wildlife rehabilitation program a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. After lunch featuring fresh local produce, join a Local Specialist at Seal Bay Conservation Park for a guided walk among a colony of rare sea lions in one of the country’s most important breeding colonies.
Day 05 – Festival City Adelaide
Continue your Australia tour to the capital of South Australia, Adelaide, known for its well-preserved churches and well-admired cuisine. Dive Into Culture on a walking tour through the city’s Botanic Garden with an Aboriginal Guide. After an Adelaide city tour, the afternoon is yours to explore how you wish. You could indulge your foodie side with a tour of the famous Adelaide Central Market, the city’s premier food destination, or visit the National Wine Center for tastings and a masterclass learning about the role wine has played in Australia’s history, the position of Australian wine in the international market, and the relationship between food and wine.
Day 06 – The Bountiful Barossa
Discover the rolling Adelaide Hills and the renowned Barossa today, stopping first at picturesque Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement. Wander down its tree-lined streets and take time to explore the quaint shops. Continue to the Barossa to visit small batch wine makers from across the valley, as well as discovering the local flavors over lunch at Lambert Estate, nestled in the rolling hills enveloped by vines. From here you’ll visit Artisans of Barossa for a tour and tasting. You’ll end the trip on a high note returning to Adelaide for a Farewell Dinner with your Travel Director and newfound friends.
