MIZORAM – The Mystical Journey
DAY 01 – ARRIVAL AT AIZAWL
Today morning arrive at the Aizawl airport, our representative will meet and greet on arrival
and drive to Mizoram State Museum to learn more about the place’s culture, life of the locals, history, traditions and more. The museum is divided into five galleries, based on textiles, ethnology, anthropology, natural history and archaeology. After the day long activity return back to the hotel for Overnight stay. Overnight stay at Aizawl.
DAY 02 – AIZAWL – REIEK – AIZAWL
After breakfast, start your todays sightseeing program , heading to Reiek. The location is almost 30 km from your stay. Elevated mire 1500 feet above sea level , Reiek is a very beutiful tourist point. From that hight one can see tge surrounding of Aizawl city and valley. After that on returning back to Aizawl just headed towards Durtlong where the KV Paradise, a monument is situated. It was built in the memory of wife by a loving husband. After that return back to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 03 – AIZAWL – THENZAWL – LUNGLEI
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Lunglei via Thenzawl, Thenzawl is a peaceful small town known for its serene environs. Just five kilometres from here is Mizoram’s highest uninterrupted waterfall, Vantawng Falls. The 13th highest waterfall in India, this cascading beauty attracts tourists from all over the country is the pride of the state of Mizoram. Proceed to Lunglei, It is one of the sought after destination of the state having picturesque locations. The city of Lunglei is an ideal base for nature lovers for exploring the surrounding areas, which are rich in flora and fauna. Lunglei is situated on higher altitude than Aizawl with an altitude of 1222 meters.
Upon arrival at Lunglei transfer to the hotel for Overnight stay.
DAY 04- LUNGLEI
Today after breakfast, start the day long program of visit to Pangzawl village, after day long activity return back to the hotel & overnight stay.
Day 05 – Departure
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Guwahati airport to catch the flight for onward connection.
