SOUTH AFRICA TOUR ITINERARY
Mumbai to Mumbai tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Johannesburg – biggest city of South Africa, also known as the city of gold.
Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 – Johannesburg – Pilanesberg National Park – Johannesburg
Today we visit Pilanesberg National Park and enjoy the Safari Game Drive, which gives us a wonderful opportunity to have a close encounter with the Big 5 –l
Elephant, African Buffalo, Rhino, Lion and Leopard. In the evening we explore the glamour of Sun City known as ‘Kingdom of Pleasure’ and try our luck at the Casinos. photographing yourself at the various attractive backdrops of Sun City Resort. Overnight stay at Sun city.
Day 03 – Johannesburg – Cape Town
After breakfast proceed to the airport and take the flight for Johannesburg. Upon arrival tranafer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for your own activity. Overnight at your selected hotel in Cape Town.
Day 04 – Cape Town
We journey into the beautiful and tranquil Cape Winelands, visiting both Paarl &Stellenbosch before stopping for wine tasting at two well-known estates. A visit to the Huguenot Memorial Museum and the Afrikaans Language Monument which provide a historical perspective. Overnight in Cape Town.
Day 05- Cape Town
After breakfast, today proceed on a Full Day Peninsula tour including entrances to Seal Island and Funicular. Overnight at your selected hotel in Cape Town.
Day 06 – Departure
Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport to catch your flight for onward connection.

PROGRAM 02
Day 01 – Arrival at Johannesburg.
Touch down at OR Tambo International Airport where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. At 19 00 Hrs , we all meet up at reception for a briefing on the tour and a chance to meet your fellow travelers. Overnight in Johannesburg.
Day 02 -Johannesburg – Mpumalanga
Leave Johannesburg’s distinctive skyline & head for Pretoria, South Africa’s capital city, for a short orientation tour, before continuing to Mpumalanga, dropping several hundred feet into the lush subtropical region of the Lowveld. We travel via the historic towns of Dullstroom & Lydenburg, passing overthe famous Long Tom Pass. The afternoon is at leisure. Overnight in Mpumalanga .
Day 03 – Mpumalanga – Hazyview
This morning gasp at the glory that is God’s Window, a boundless view of forested mountains and fertile plains. Enjoy a leisurely interpretive boat cruise along the lush subtropical banks of the Blyde River Canyon, one of the natural wonders of Africa. View Africa’s largest active tufa falls as well as the famous Three Rondavels. Overnight in Hazyview.
Day 04 – Hazyview – Kruger National Park – Hazyview
Set off before breakfast in an open safari vehicle in search of lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard, & all manner of wondrous wildlife, birds & plant species. Savour the magic of this enormous wilderness. We return lunch time & you have the afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Hazyview.
Day 05 – Hazyview – Kingdom of Swaziland
Enjoy an enchanting drive to the tiny Kingdom of Swaziland, a former British Protection Territory, now ruled by King MsWati III. An interactive cultural experience introduces us to the charming people of Swaziland & their traditions. We continue through the capital city, Mbabane, & on to the beautiful Ezulwini Valley. Overnight in Swaziland .
Day 06 – Kingdom of Swaziland – Zululand
Start the day with a true African shopping experience at vibrant Ezulwini Craft Market which is packed with woven baskets, beadwork & carvings. Then on into Zululand, passing traditional round huts & endless vistas. We arrive mid-afternoon at our hotel in the Umfolozi area. Overnight in Zululand.
Day 07 – Zululand – Durban
This morning enjoy a cruise on Lake St Lucia before departing for Durban. Hug the lush KwaZulu-Natal coastline en route to Durban, watching the sugar cane fields do their own version of the Mexican wave at the urging of the wind. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure, to enjoy the golden Beaches & warm waters of the Indian Ocean or take a stroll along the lively promenade. Overnight in Durban.
Day 08 – Durban – Port Elizabeth
Morning at leisure until your collection and transfer to the airport for your mid morning flight to Port Elizabeth (cost of flight not included). We will be met by our new tour director and once everyone has arrived, we set off to explore the Tsitsikamma section of the Garden Route National Park
Arrive in Knysna, perhaps South Africa’s most visually stunning resort, in the heart of the famous Garden Route. Overnight in Knysna .
Day 09 – Knysna
Cruise on the vast Knysna Lagoon & visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve . Enjoy an amazing view of the imposing sandstone ‘Heads’ which guard the sea entrance to Knysna’s huge tidal lagoon, & the forests, marshes & pristine beaches beyond. After lunch we have the remainder of the day at leisure, to enjoy this lovely and special town. Overnight in Knysna .
Day 10 – Knysna – Oudtshoorn
This morning we enjoy the wonderful views of the spectacular Outeniqua Pass en route to Oudtshoorn, the ‘feather capital of the world’, so named because it’s the center of South Africa’s ostrich industry. After lunch, which features Ostrich Steak on the menu, we learn more about these hardy,enigmatic creatures during a tour of an ostrich farm. We then head underground for a fascinating tour of the Cango Caves, one of South Africa’s most incredible natural wonders. Overnight in Oudtshoorn.
Day 11 – Oudtshoorn
A day of magnificent vistas. Enjoy the ever-changing passing canvas as we travel to Cape Town. During the whale season we will travel via the seaside village of Hermanus in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the southern right whales, which frolic offshore (July to November only). Out of season we will return to Cape Town along ‘Route 62’, South Africa’s version of America’s ‘Route 66’.Overnight in Cape Town.
Day 12 – Cape Peninsula
A full day touring of the ruggedly beautiful Cape Peninsula. We stop at the fishing village of Hout Bay. Then we continue to the Cape Point Nature Reserve, before stopping off to see the lovable penguins at Boulders Beach. We drive through the quaint naval village of Simon’s Town on our way back to Cape Town. Overnight in Cape Town.
Day 13 – Cape WInelands
